you have to do the tasks on the blackboard, to reach level 4 of the club, as well as in the coyote club, the dates have nothing to do with progress, you have to advance the same as with the companions of your club.
when you have level 4 with hawk club, you have to go one of those days in the morning directly to the hawk club room.

I believe thats the volleyball victory scene. You may have to play it a couple of times, but thats how yoy get that scene and one of irina's scenes
