13: parlor sweet taste go to other room (night)
16: go to mall --> left side black door (i forgot what time)
20: storeroom (evening if i remember)

iIrc, Bask in the Moon is done by going to either the beach or the lake at night.
For the girls at the beach you have to interact with the smoothie machine or the red cups besides, not sure.
it’s actually done by capturing 10 bats for that achievement then going to the cemetery and sitting on the bench

I can't figure out how to use the secret items (Binoculars, Music CD, etc)
For the binocs, look out of the window of the guest room in the morning, on Wednesdays, IIRC. Use the CD in the player in your room on weekends. Other items have similar events, with clues to them on your computer.

Enter to your laptop, click sCoin miner and then you will get some, in Cindy's Shop you can get a upgrade for this too, the other way is going to the lake or Beach collect everything and sell to Cindy.

Hama, you have to travel to the Realm of Heat, and go to the third mining area. Enter the cave, and catch them.

You have to get to the point where you are interacting with Sera, Clover, and Petra. It's a bit of a slog to get there. Well worth the effort, though. It expands gameplay greatly. Now, if only there were updates on the way...
