No you cant use your old save from v0.1.7 it doesnt work..you should click 'continue from v0.1.7'

Keep it, those stuff are for quests. If u need money, work in a shop, collect stuff in woods and beach, dig on computer.

I am pretty sure you have to build up the trust bar for the clubs by doing tasks on the board amd you should get scenes for the story
