Save files and game files are separate. Delete the game files, the save files stay. Don't however, delete the save files, as they will not stay.
If I recall, save files for RenPy in windows are in %APPDATA%/roaming/RenPy/.
On Linux its the hidden folder '.renpy' in the home directory
TIP
If you wish to move your RenPy save file folder somewhere, you can create a symbolic link in roaming ( works for linux and windows ) that points to your actual RemPy save file.
On android (11 and above) you can't access application files, excluding with a pc or a workaround with shizuku. On pc the saves are under the "game" folder, you can just copy the "save" folder, download new update version and delete old version, then just put the save folder in the game folder again.
I recommend thee listen to "think for yourself" by the beetles. This is not an insult, lest you think of that.this is just reimbursement for my help. I just happened to listen to it while searching about.
And also Norwegian Wood. Scratch that, just listen to the whole of "Rubber Soul".

LTF, You need to have access to the graveyard, then sit on the bench at night or midnight (I don't remember specifically) to soak up some moon rays.

Most scenes are quite easy to get. You probably mean Elena's scene Nº 6. Check the ball at school

Is everything else true? you have Rachel at 1 so all you need is Natalie at 4, Teresa at 7 and Hawk club at 4.

Yes, there's a long stretch where there appears to be a circular conflict. Just keep working on the other story lines. It does eventually resolve.
