The portal will appear when the conditions of the game are met.
1. The Coyote Club is at least level 9.
2. The Hawk Club is at least level 4.
Both of those criteria have been met. Where is it to be found?
There are two ways.
1. Go to the Temple, and talk to Rachel.
2. Click on the map. And in the corner where the bed is there will be a blue circle of the portal.
