Natalie at least level 4
Rachel at least level 1
Theresa at least level 7
Hawk club at least level 4
I can't raise Rachel without increasing Hawk club.

Stage is the amount of misions you've made in order to level up a character, so for example to get Katie to Lvl 1 there are no stages, but to Lvl 6 there are 3 if I'm not wrong

The only time she's there is in the afternoon, and Hawk club needs to be at level 5 before i can do anthing.

To get the 4th level of the Hawk club, you need to:
1. Meet the fairy for the first time. She will kiss you on the cheek by the Lake at midnight.
2. The Coyote Club must be at least level 8.
3. Rosetta must be at least level 2.
4. Go to the Lake in the morning or noon.
